Your meals are prepared fresh by our chef with hand-selected nutritional whole foods. Our chef oversees every step and checks for taste and quality. We provide fresh clean 4-8-12 week meal programs and one time variety packs.

I have lived in Syracuse for over 20 years and love the community! I have been a marathon runner for over 15 years and love the outdoors. Our family enjoys sports, hiking and skiing, riding our horses and boating in the summer. Wylee is an avid hunter and has coached baseball and football in Syracuse for many years. Our 3 kids love to play sports. Our two oldest girls both play college volleyball, which is really fun! I am grateful for the opportunity to live a healthy livestyle and eat well. I am so passionate about food and fueling our bodies properly. I know personally that when we eat better, we feel better and live better. I started following Linzie (founder of Fed Up Kitchen) a few years back and had ordered from her Kaysville drop off location and fell in love! So much that I wanted to bring it to Syracuse!! Staying on-track and being consistant will change your life! I am committed to serving the Syracuse community with healthy, delicious meals and treats, and will do everything I can to help others feel their very best!
